शहर को पहली टाउनशिप देने वाले प्रवीण मंगला का कारोबारी सफर है संघर्ष की दास्तां,

हरियाणा के जिला फरीदाबाद में प्रवीण मंगला ने 1994 में सेनेटरी और हार्डवेयर का काम शुरू किया तब एक साधारण मोटरसाइकिल हुआ करती थी। अलीगढ़ शहर को पहली टाउनशिप ओजोन देने का श्रेय उन्हें है और मोटरसाइकिल की जगह मर्सिडीज के टॉप मॉडल ने ले ली है। प्रवीण का यहां तक का सफर इतना आसान नहीं था। फरीदाबाद के गांव हसनपुर में 1972 में जन्मे प्रवीण मंगला के पिता बर्तन कारोबारी स्वर्गीय गोपाल दास मंगला का सन 1988 में हादसे में निधन हो गया। पिता के निधन से प्रवीण को अपनी पढ़ाई छोड़नी पड़ी। वह कक्षा 12 में पढ़ रहे थे। 1994 आते आते परिवार में कारोबार का बंटवारा हो गया। उन्हें शून्य से शुरुआत करनी पड़ी। फरीदाबाद में सेनेटरी का काम था। बिल्डरों को माल सप्लाई करते करते खुद भी भवन निर्माण के क्षेत्र में हाथ आजमाया और 250 गज के भूखंडों पर निर्माण करके दिया।

अलीगढ़ में ओजोन प्रोजेक्ट रहा टर्निंग प्वाइंट प्रवीण शुरू से ही कुछ बड़ा करना चाहते थे। इसी क्रम में दोस्त संजीव मदान उनकी व्यावसायिक यात्रा में साझेदार के रूप में शामिल हो गए। कारोबार आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आगरा, अलवर, ग्वालियर, उत्तराखंड के रुड़की, आदि शहरों का सर्वे कराया। व्यवहारिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करवाई। अलीगढ़ की प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट यहां जमीन के दाम, निर्माण सामग्री आदि की दृष्टि से बेहतर आई। इसके बाद सन 2007 में यहां ओजोन सिटी प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किया। शुरू में स्थानीय स्तर पर सहयोग जुटाने के लिए कवायद करनी पड़ी। यहां से कारोबारी सफलता का दौर शुरू हुआ।

अगली पीढ़ी को सौंप रहे हैं कारोबार प्रवीण मंगला के परिवार में उनकी मां ओमवती देवी मंगला, पत्नी प्रीती मंगला, बड़े बेटे सागर मंगला और छोटे बेटे नमन मंगला हैं। दोनों बेटे मिलकर प्रवीण के कारोबार को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। रियल एस्टेट को कॉरपोरेट की ओर ले जा रहे हैं। गन शूटिंग, फ्लाइंग एयरक्राफ्ट, सिंगिंग, कुकिंग, योगा व मेडिटेशन का शौक रखने वाले प्रवीण मंगला कहते हैं कि सफलता का मूल मंत्र दिल और दिमाग का संतुलन रखते हुए बड़े लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना है।

एशियन पैरा बैडमिंटन में चयन होने पर कमिश्नरी में कनक सिंह जादौन को सम्मानित करतीं जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष विजय सिंह, मंडलायुक्त संगीता सिंह व ओजोन समूह के चेयरमैन प्रवीण मंगला। 

शेखा गांव निवासी ट्रक चालक महेश पाल सिंह की बेटी कनक सिंह जादौन का चयन एशियन पैरा बैडमिंटन के लिए हो गया है। यह एक हाथ व एक पैर से दिव्यांग हैं। अगले महीने इस खेल का आयोजन प्रस्तावित है। गुरुवार को कनक सिंह जादौन को प्रशासन की ओर से कमिश्नरी में आमंत्रित किया गया। यहां जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों व उद्योगपतियों ने कनक को आर्थिक सम्मान किया। मंडलायुक्त संगीता सिंह व जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष विजय सिंह ने 21-21 हजार रुपये, डीएम संजीव रंजन ने एक लाख रुपये व ओजोन सिटी के चेयरमैन प्रवीण मंगला ने 51 हजार रुपये दिए। कनक सिंह तीन भाई-बहनों में सबसे बड़ी हैं। इन्हें जून में खेलने के लिए थाईलैंड जाना है। एटा चुंगी निवासी प्रदीप सिंह ने इस आर्थिक सहयोग के लिए पहल की थी। चेयरमैन प्रवीण मंगला ने बताया कि वह हमेशा से खेलों के प्रति जागरूक रहे हैं। अच्छे खिलाड़ियों को आगे बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया है।

4.57 करोड रुपये की पहली चुकी है मंजूर, 18.57 करोड़ प्रस्तावित लागत, सात मीटर होगी चौड़ाई

रामघाट रोड से ओजोन सिटी की ओर जाने वाले बाइपास पर निर्माण कार्य शुरू हो गया है। लोक निर्माण विभाग. का निर्माण खंड प्रथम छह माह में इस काम को पूरा करेगा। इसके बनने से स्थानीय लोगों व भारी वाहनों का रामघाट रोड और एटा रोड की ओर जाना आसान हो जाएगा। 18.30 करोड़ रुपये से यह कार्य कराया जा रहा है।

5.7 किलोमीटर लंबे बाइपास के नवीनीकरण के लिए लोक निर्माण विभाग ने 18.30 करोड़ का प्रस्ताव भेजा था। मुख्यालय स्तर तीन जनवरी को वित्तीय स्वीकृति देते हुए 4.57 करोड़ रुपये की पहली किस्त जारी कर दी थी। उसके बाद टेंडर प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई। इसे पूरा होने में डेढ़ माह से अधिक का समय लग गया। उसके बाद काम शुरू कराया गया है। यह मार्ग सात मीटर चौड़ा होगा। लगभग दो लेन के बराबर इसकी चौड़ाई होगी। दैनिक जागरण ने भी लोगों की समस्या को देखते हुए फोटो सहित प्रकाशित भी किया था।

क्वार्सी चौराहे पर जाम की समस्या होगी कम।

ओजोन सिटी बाइपास के जर्जर होने से क्वार्सी चौराहे और एटा चुंगी पर वाहनों का लोड बढ़ जाता है और दिन में कई बार जाम लग जाता है। इसके बनने से दोनों चौराहों पर वाहन का लोड कम होने से जाम की समस्या कम होगी। ओजोन सिटी, सांगवान सिटी जैसी महत्वपूर्ण कालोनियों के अलावा अन्य स्थानीय निवासियों को राहत मिलेगी।
